These are an excellent, easy breakfast for those quick and crazy mornings. I love making them the night before to keep it simple.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Peanut Butter

  • 1/2 cup Honey

  • 3 cup Oats

Directions

  • Warm peanut butter and honey in a large bowl. Mix together thoroughly.
  • Add oats and stir until evenly combined.
  • Press mixture into 8″ square pan. Place in the refrigerator to firm. (20 minutes) **TIP: Line the pan with aluminum foil to make cleanup easier.
