I’ve made a lot of pizza dough recipes, but I always forget about letting the dough rise…This one tastes great, and you don’t need to wait for it to rise! Win-win. Also, Adding seasonings to the dough makes all the difference in this homemade pizza.

Ingredients

  • Pizza Dough
  • 3 cups flour

  • 1 tbsp yeast or 1 packet if you don’t buy in bulk, but the crust won’t rise quite as much

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/8 tsp onion powder

  • 1/4-1/2 tsp dried rosemary to taste, I did 1/2 tsp

  • 1 dash dried basil

  • 1 cup warm water

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • Our Go-To Toppings
  • Marinara sauce – I get mine from Aldi by the other pasta sauces.

  • Mozzarella cheese – Pile. It. On.

  • Pepperoni

  • Peppers

  • Bacon bits

  • Pineapple – Don’t judge me

  • Black olives

  • Mushrooms – if I had my way)

  • Whatever else you love

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°.
  • Combine flour, salt, sugar, yeast, and other seasonings in a large bowl.
  • Mix in the oil and warm water.
  • Roll the dough out to fit your desired pan. This is enough for a large pizza or several personal size pizzas.
  • Top the pizza(s) as desired.
  • Back at 375° for 20-25 minutes or do desired doneness.

Notes

  • We make snowman and heart shaped pizzas. We love using them for fun occasions.
