Peanut Butter Breakfast Bars

minutesThese are an excellent, easy breakfast for those quick and crazy mornings. I love making them the night before to keep it simple.
Ingredients
1 cup Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Honey
3 cup Oats
Directions
- Warm peanut butter and honey in a large bowl. Mix together thoroughly.
- Add oats and stir until evenly combined.
- Press mixture into 8″ square pan. Place in the refrigerator to firm. (20 minutes) **TIP: Line the pan with aluminum foil to make cleanup easier.

- This is a go-to for easy, make-ahead breakfasts. Oh, and we love them.
- Want to add more flavor? Flax seeds or chocolate chips make great add-ins. Have fun changing it up.
