Mediterranean Hummus Wrap

This is basically the other Greek salad that I’ve shared – just add a wrap and hummus. Oh so yummy!


  • Salad
  • 2 cups cucumber, peeled and chopped (about 2)

  • 2 cups tomato, chopped (about 2)

  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • 1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives, sliced

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice, or red wine vinegar

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • Wrap
  • 4 whole-wheat pitas, wraps, or tortillas

  • 1 cup hummus plain, garlic, roasted pepper (just whatever you like)


  • In a medium bowl, combine the Greek salad ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Spread hummus generously on top of the wraps. Fill with the salad, leaving the juices behind, and tightly roll up.


  • Salad can be made in advance and stored in the fridge for up to 5 days. The filled wrap is best served immediately.
