Ingredients
1 8 oz roll refrigerated crescent rolls
4oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/3 cup broccoli, chopped
1/3 cup cauliflower, chopped
1/3 cup carrots, peeled and chopped
1 tbsp dried chives optional, to taste
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- On a baking sheet prepared with parchment paper or a baking mat (or a 9×13 dish, lightly sprayed with cooking spray), roll out the crescent roll dough in one big rectangle. Pinch the seams together with your fingers. Bake in preheated oven 9-11 minutes or until lightly golden on top. Remove and set aside.
- While the crescent crust is baking, chop up the veggies if you haven’t already.
- Once the crust has cooled about 5 minutes, arrange portions of the cream cheese over the crescents. This will allow it to warm slightly and be easier to spread.
- Evenly spread the cream cheese over the crust. Top with veggies of choice. Sprinkle the dried chives and cheese over top.
Notes
- This can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge.
- You can play around with flavors using various cream cheese spreads.
